1. Timeliness. I value communicating in a timely manner. I do my best to respond to all inquiries the same business day and if I cannot provide immediate assistance I will communicate a timeline with you.
2. Clear Expectations. Defining expectations ensures we know what to expect from each other. Such clarity always makes projects easier.
3. Written communications. I strive to write informative emails that you can understand, and to break down technical jargon in terms that make sense to you.
4. Phone calls. While we live in a time when written word is the go-to method for communicating, I believe that phone calls still play an important role. They can help speed up communication and provide an extra layer of clarity that often cannot be achieved via email or text message.
5. Integrity. It is important to me to be clear about what I can and cannot do. Web designers all have learning curves. I will be honest in advising you if I feel I am not the best person for your needs. The world of web design is vast and I know I cannot be a match for everyone. The people with whom I choose to work will know they have a great resource in me as we journey together to accomplish your design.

As a web designer, I believe problem solving is an essential skill. 

For good or bad, technology is constantly changing. This progression toward newer and better features is often accompanied by a little bit of chaos when things initially don’t work as expected. Resolving technical problems has become my forte over the years. This skill also enables me to provide maintenance for websites as technology continues to evolve.

Nobody likes it when technical problems crop up, but when they do you can rest assured that I will always do my best to find a solution!
